Connecting our thoughts with our eating patterns

Everyday we have to make decisions & some obviously are habits that we automatically process (brushing teeth) but how about our eating & drinking habits?

I wonder how many hours a day we think, plan & obsess about what we put in our mouths.

Starting my nutrition psychology studies this week and I look forward to sharing some interesting facts & findings as well as asking for your thoughts & opinions
