I’m three weeks into my 12-week challenge and already noticing meaningful changes. My mindset has shifted, and I’m establishing a more consistent routine while building habits aligned with my goals. I’ve set clear exercise goals and have become much more consistent with preparing meals for the day. It’s time to prioritise my own wellbeing—filling my cup so I can better care for my family and be fully present.
